These hours are a guide for when we might be able to Help or Support or Teach you
We don't usually work all these hours shown, but work flexibly within their limits

We are not an Emergency Service or Emergency Support Team,
but if your need was great and on a case by case basis we might be willing to help you outside of these limits

Time or Tasks outside of these times, may incur extra cost, that would be discussed before, not after the fact.
CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY AVAILABILITY
We plan to work a reduced schedule of hours between Christmas and New Year, but we will try and help, if we can, within our normal working hours except for these days:
