AD-HOC SUPPORT/LEARNING
BY HOURLY RATE
1st visit 30min free - discussing issue
unless this was done by phone
General help/support/learning- £50/h
with 1st, 3rd half hour - £30
Examples:
1st client visit
Time on site - 1.5h - cost - £50
2nd client visit
Time on site - 1.5h - cost - £80
Note: This would likely be the starting rate for any 999-emergency help, but we would discuss that and try and get you on a discount plan as soon as possible. It would depend upon your situation.
BULK BUYING OF TIME
10% discount for each bulk band
Time used for support or learning
3 Hour Bulk Plan - cost - £135 (£45/h)
5 Hour Bulk Plan - cost - £200 (£40/h)
10 Hour Bulk Plan - cost - £350 (£35/h)
This would be paid in advance and used over time. If required a refund for outstanding time can be provided upon request.
Note: Time can also be gifted or allotted to others.
MONTHLY PLAN
Time used for Support or Learning
This provides ongoing support and or training for your tech.
General Support/Learning - cost/hour/month - £35/h/m
payment is taken using Direct Debit
Example:
Client1 - 1 hour/month - Cost - £35
Client2 - 2 hour/month - Cost - £70

The Direct Debit can be changed or cancelled at any time. If required a refund of outstanding time can be provided upon request.

These are just a guide, as depending upon the task these could be higher or lower.

Note: these are costs for just coming and doing that task only. This may be reduced if able to be done remotely.
Costs would be reduced if multiple tasks were being done, if combined as a group solution to an issue.
Note: Some tasks are about value and not the time taken to do it. Something that's easy for us to do, due to experience, the right tools or software, should be valued for what it is and the benefit to you, not for the time taken for us to do it. That also goes for the guidance or training we provide, you are learning a skill, it has value.
